Treatment Details
Depending on your natural lash cycle, a two or three week infill will maintain the look of your lash extensions. Your infill treatment consists of adding lash extensions where regrowth and natural drop out has occurred due to your lash cycle and where needed, removing individual extensions. Please note - We are only able to infill lashes applied by Creative Lash & Beauty. If you have lashes that have been applied elsewhere, you will need to book a lash removal and a full new set of lash extensions. At least 50% of lash extensions must be present for an infill appointment, otherwise this will require a new full set.
Bookings & Cancellations Policy
A deposit is required for all treatments upon booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your total treatment cost, with the remaining amount payable at your appointment. Deposits are refundable or transferrable to another appointment if more than 5 days notice of cancellation is given. If appointments are cancelled/rearranged with less than 5 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Any appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment or the day before your appointment will be charged at full treatment price. Failure to attend an appointment will also be charged at full treatment price. Payment will be required before any further bookings can be made. If you book a treatment that requires a patch test, please ensure you allow enough time for this to be conducted and respond promptly to arrange this. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and our standard Booking and Cancellation Policy Terms will apply in regards to any deposit paid.
